Return Policy
At 4menunderwear.com, your satisfaction is what we strive for. We are fully confident you will be satisfied with our Calvin Klein underwear, the speed and quality of service. Our work does not end after you paid the money. As a wholesaler as well as an individual vendor, it is our business to maintain long term relationships with customers. We are, therefore dedicated to providing the best service until our customer is fully satisfied.
Exchange
We accept returns for exchange within 20 days of receipt for the following reasons:
1. Shipping errors
2. Damaged goods
3. Dissatisfaction (style or size)
Conditions of Exchanges
1. Items returned for exchange with a verified quality issue or shipping error, will be replaced and reshipped at our expense. We will also,issue you a $8 credit (gift certificate) to compensate your return shipping costs.
2.Items returned for exchange for reasons of I do not like the style,I changed my mind, etc...Customer is also responsible for return shipping fees.
3. For size problem.If the CK underwear are not fit you very well,large or small,customers can send back for an exchange.Customer is responsible for his or her return shipping fees.
4. Items must be NEW and UNUSED (and have all tags etc..) included in return package.
5. Any items that have a claim of defect will require pictures of the issue before an RMA is issued. This is simply to verify and prevent a hold up when the underwear are received on our end.
Conditions of Refunds
1. Item(s) must be NEW and UNUSED (and have all tags etc..) included in return package.
2. Please allow 2-3 business days for refund to be issued once item is received and inspected.
In order to return your products,please contact us and include the following information:
Your full name:
Order number:
A list of the product(s) to be exchanged or refunded
The reason for the return of the products
Then we will reply promptly and instruct you where to return your jackets.Do not return to sender. You must contact us before returning any items in order to receive a replacement or refund.

We can’t offer u the refund if we found that the products are defectived by customer on purpose.
We don’t accept the refund if you use the prodcuts in uncorrect way .
We will not refund if we have not received the items you returned.So you may need to provide the tracking number in time.
